Real time support for our customer
We would like to share our real-time support from one of our customers. In Qatar, we all know the name Teatime and they are having more than 40 branches in Qatar and Qsale proud that the TEATIME is one of our customers.
TEATIME started their first shop at 2002 at Al Nasr Street, Doha, by their Managing Director Mr. Abdul Kareem and his dedicated team. Now, at 2023 they crossed more than 40 shops. Teatime specialty is “Quick refreshment with the right brew at the right place at any time”.
Teatime journey with us:
Teatime started its journey with Qsale at April, 2021. We directly visited Teatime shops and implemented our software to speed up their routine process and make their accounts and reports very easily.
Overall support from Qsale:
Qsale, supports our customer 24×7. We are providing various supports to our customers such as Whatsapp support, Email Support, Remote Support, Call Support and In-Person support.
We create Whatsapp group for each customer separately with their staff and Qsale support team, so, they will approach us easily and can type their quires without any hesitate.
We have separate Team for support and the team works dedicatedly to fulfil our customer quires and no matter what time it is.
Immediate Support:
Whenever Teatime faces issue or trouble in our software or any doubts, they will immediately send them to our knowledge and we will fix it as soon as possible. Recently Teatime raised a query for printing issue. We immediately, taken their system and sorted it out on Mid-Night time.
New requirements and delivers:
The Top management of Teatime will share the requirements based on their customers’ and their staffs’ convenience. Recently, Teatime wanted to change in their bill format. Qsale team accepted their requirement without hesitating and released new build with their requirement within one day.
